General Information
Of course, as with any exercise, the benefits of Pilates and Yoga will be most obvious if you make a commitment to regular sessions and to completing some self-practice outside of your tutored classes.
It might be advisable to check with your GP or health practitioner before taking up Pilates or Yoga classes.
It is best to eat a light meal a couple of hours before class or wait until after your session. And it's always a good idea to bring water with you to a Pilates or Yoga class to sip throughout the class, particularly during the warmer months.
Special clothing isn't required. Just wear a pair of loose, comfortable trousers and a top, socks are optional.
